Steven W. Suflas

Steven W. Suflas is Of Counsel in the Salt Lake City office of Holland Hart LLP, where he concentrates his practice in the representation of management in all phases of labor and employment law. A member of the firm's Labor and Employment Group, he is a past Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Section.

Mr. Suflas is a Fellow in the American Bar Association's College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, has annually received the highest rating from Chambers and Partners in its directory of America's Leading Business Lawyers and has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America since 1987. He has also been named as one of the Top 100 employment attorneys in the nation by Human Resource Executive magazine.

Mr. Suflas is a frequent author and lecturer, serving on the faculty for programs sponsored by the National Employment Law Institute, the American Bar Association, the Georgetown University Law Center, the New Jersey Administrative Office of the Courts, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, among others. Mr. Suflas also serves on the New Jersey Supreme Court's Advisory Committee on Professional Ethics, is a Trustee of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and serves on the National Advisory Board for the National Employment Law Institute.

Mr. Suflas received his Bachelors degree from Davidson College and his law degree, with honors, from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and the North Carolina Law Review.
