Your Questions Answered
We conduct our webinars over Zoom. Webinars will feature video and be interactive with an opportunity to submit questions throughout the program.
You may participate in the webinar in real-time and/or watch the recording at your convenience.
You will receive an email from us with log-in instructions approximately three (3) business days prior to the Conference.
Our emails can/do get caught in spam filters, please check filters for your instructions. If you do not receive the email within one (1) day of the Conference, please contact NELI.
You may watch the recording at your convenience. The “live” link will become the recording link approximately 2 hours after the conclusion of the event and you can access the Zoom recording by clicking on the “live” link.
You may also log in to your Account page on this website and view a link from your Orders. The recording is available for 6 months.
If you are seeking credits for continuing education, CLE, HRCI, or SHRM by participating in a NELI webinar, please download the verification form. Record the announced verification codes on the form.
Further instructions to receive credit will be delivered with the certificate of attendance in an email after the program.
Please do not return the form until you receive instructions from our Registrar.
NELI applies for credit from all MCLE states. Attorneys seeking credit need to provide states and bar numbers at the time of registration. NELI will file in as many states as you are licensed for no additional fee. In states that require it, attorneys will need to file on their own behalf. Please see the Specific Program Page for further Information.
In response to many inquiries over the years, we are very pleased to announce that NELI offers complimentary ADA Professional Training (ADAPT) Certification to individuals who have completed a minimum of 5 hours of intensive ADA training each calendar year. This Certification is recognition to your firm, company, agency and clients of your commitment to current ADA training. You may use this recognition on internal or external biographical or promotional material.
Any individual who attends NELI's ADA & FMLA Compliance Update Webinar, or our Americans with Disabilities Act Workshop Webinar is automatically eligible for ADAPT Certification.

Webinar Policy
Please remember that you can watch the recording for up to six months and still receive CLE/CEU credit. Cancellations must be confirmed via email. Cancellations received more than 10 business days prior to the webinar may elect to receive a full fee credit, or a refund. Those cancelled 10 or fewer business days prior to the program, will receive a fee credit less a $250 cancellation fee.
Fee credits may be applied during the next 12 month period. Any refunds will be processed after the program concludes.
In-Person Policy
Cancellations must be confirmed via email. Cancellations received more than 15 business days prior to the program may elect to receive a full fee credit, or a refund, less a $250 cancellation fee. Those cancelled 15 or fewer business days prior to the program, will receive a fee credit less a $250 cancellation fee. Fee credits may be applied during the next 12 month period. Any refunds will be processed after the program concludes.
Yes and we urge you to make your hotel reservation immediately. Hotels will only accept reservations at the group rate on a space available basis. Please contact NELI if you experience any difficulty with hotel reservations.

Yes. PDF invoices are emailed to you with your confirmation of purchase email.
For past purchases, you can also login to the website and click on Orders in the My Account page. You will be able to download and print PDF invoices for any orders that have been placed via this website since February 2024.
