Caitlin Falk is an associate in the Employment Law Department at Paul Hastings, based in the Los Angeles and Orange County offices. She advises employers on a wide range of labor and employment issues, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes. Her practice includes single-plaintiff and class-action matters, as well as employee mobility and trade secret litigation. Caitlin has experience across all stages of litigation and has appeared before agencies, arbitration panels, and federal and state courts.
Previously, Caitlin clerked for Judge Ronald S.W. Lew of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and externed for Judge Dana M. Sabraw. She earned her J.D. from UCLA School of Law, graduating Order of the Coif, and her B.A. magna cum laude from USC, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
