Eric Kim
Eric C. Kim has a diverse practice, representing employers in complex litigation involving wage and hour, systemic discrimination, and pay equity claims, as well as helping employers in their pursuit of injunctive relief in restrictive covenant and trade secret cases.
Using his experience as a litigator, Eric also counsels clients on employment-related matters in connection with mergers, acquisitions, investments, and joint venture transactions.
